Higgins  Homes Wins Best Apartment UK Award For The Second Time

Multi-award winning Essex house builder, Higgins Homes, has received four accolades at the 2011 UK Property Awards, including the enviable Best Apartment UK award for the second consecutive year. The glittering property awards ceremony was held at the prestigious Lancaster Hotel, London, on Friday October 28^th. 

The awards, sponsored by Bloomberg Television and Google, cover both the residential and commercial property industries and recognise the highest achieving roperty companies in the UK.  The judging panel of property experts from around the globe included acclaimed journalists Nigel Lewis and Graham Norwood and CEO of the National Federation of Property Professionals, Peter Bolton King. 

Higgins Homes scooped awards for ‘Best Apartment Hertfordshire’ for ICE in Stevenage as well as ‘Best Apartment London’ and ‘Best Apartment UK’ for Aqua Vista in Bow. The Old Hospital in Maidstone, Kent was also highly commended in the Best Apartment Kent category. 

The Best Apartment UK award win will now see Higgins Homes competing for the ultimate title of Best Apartment International for the second time, against winners from other regions around the world, including the Asia/Pacific, the Americas, Europe and Africa.
